My name is Penny Jennings and I am a qualified and accredited Counsellor and Parent Infant Therapist.
Many people wonder whether counselling could help them or someone they know. Anxiety may be leading to difficulties coping with life, or you may wonder if you are becoming depressed. Sometimes a relationship becomes problematic, such as within a couple or between a parent and child. Stress, whether related to work or home-life, can take a physical toll as well as an emotional one.
Counselling is intended to help you live your life more fully in the present. It should enable you to feel less troubled by any past issues that may still be affecting you today and give you more confidence to face the future.
I see clients in a quiet, dedicated room at my home near Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire.
You may have a number of questions about counselling – please get in touch to find out more.
I trained as a counsellor in 2004, completing my Post-graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling at Reading University in 2006. I also have a Diploma in Parent Infant Therapy.
